GPS Tracking + Axle-Temperature System

Location plus axle-temperature early warning in one fleet platform — built for operators who need to know where every vehicle is and which axle is running hot.

Commercial fleet monitored by GPS and axle-temperature platform
  • One platform: GPS positioning and axle-temperature data side by side
  • Axle early warning: overheating axles flagged before they fail
  • Fleet dashboard: vehicles, routes and alerts on one management screen
  • Integration-ready: data out over CAN / RS232 gateways to your platform
  • Fleet-proven companion cable: the CAN power cable below ships with the system

Overview

Two Alerts That Save a Trip

Fleet operators lose vehicles to two silent failures: a truck that goes missing from the plan, and an axle that overheats until the bearing gives out. This line puts both on one screen — positioning for the dispatcher, axle temperature for the maintenance team, with alarm logic configured per axle group.

System Composition

Configured per Fleet, Not Off the Shelf

Every fleet runs different vehicles, axles and platforms. The composition below is confirmed together at RFQ — we do not quote a configuration we have not checked against your fleet.

Sensing

Axle-temperature probes and pressure sensors per axle group.

In-vehicle unit

Receiver / host that collects sensor data and position, and reports to the platform.

Data out

CAN-BUS / RS232 gateways into your existing fleet platform.

Dashboard

Fleet management screen: map, temperature curves, alarm log.

Companion cable

CAN power cable shared by receiver and axle-temperature controller.

Alarm logic

Thresholds and escalation set per axle group and route.

Scope, stated plainly: we supply the sensors, in-vehicle hardware and cables. Complete platform programs — server, app and subscriptions — run through a separate supply agreement, agreed before the project starts so responsibilities are never blurred.
Compliance, stated carefully: the wireless modules used in our TPMS products carry their own FCC ID and CE-RED certifications, and documentation is available for review during RFQ.
